I am looking for SalesForce App Expert for a consultation, creation of project scope, specifications, and implementation. You must have previous experience with writing apps for SalesForce. You must have a SalesForce account. Make sure to provide me with your experience in your response to this bid.

The functionality I am looking to add is:

After getting this plugin from the AppExchange, go through entire library of attachments on a periodic interval (5 or 30 minutes). If encounter a TIF or a PDF uploaded since the last run, send that document to external 3rd party service (I will provide that service and all integration details). Wait for response, and return the processed result back into SalesForce as attachment.

I have a Specifications document with more details, which I will provide after reviewing your initial bid.
