Stage 1 (this current job) We are looking for experience web developers to consult, design and output all our needs and discussions henceforth into a technical document where web developers and programmers can refer to code and deploy the intended application. This is not a coding job. We intend to develop a customize banner ad management systems - utilizing scalable open source technologies and cost effective development/deployment methods.
