Create two links in the footer area that will connect with content in the admin panel

The website address is in the included text file. 1) I need two links created in the "Quick Links" section in the footer area. The links are to have the names "Client & Freelancer Policy" and "Advertising Agreement". When you click on the links I need them to take you to a page that shows the content. 2) The "Client & Freelancer Policy" needs to be added in the admin panel. There is already a section created for similar content. This added content needs to be connected with the link that will be added to the "Quick Links" section in the footer area. 3) There is already an "Advertising Agreement" in the content section in the admin panel. I need this content connected with the newly created "Advertising Agreement" link in the "Quick Links" section of the footer area. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a CUSTOM CODED website with the Yii Framework. You can access files with Cpanel. Please have confidence in being able to navigate the file manager to find ALL of the files that need changing or updating. Please remember to let me know all of the edited files. I need to update the completed work in Bit Bucket.
