Create me a calendar maker software

Dear Freelancers, I experienced a problem and hope you can help me solve it. What I need is a simple but basic software on which I can create and export calendars in any format (ical, outlook, google etc) What I want to do is to be able to create day schedules/programs and send them to friends WITHOUT the schedule being attached to a specific date. I want the calendar to automatically appear in "todays" day. Also I want to be able to block the calendar for any sharing etc. The website [login to view URL] offers a very similar solution but its not possible to download the schedule to todays date automatically and offers ical as only option. this software has to be easy to use but not fancy or something due being for myself and not the public. the software can be web based or as a software. I use an apple computer.
