Create additional ecommerce functions within Magento framework

Fundworx is a dropship ecommerce website which donates a portion of sales to local fundraisers. It is built on the Magento framework, and has sophisticated affiliate tracking needs in order to empower individuals associated with the fundraisers to refer traffic to the site and track all such sales accordingly. The Fundworx website is built, but some added functionality is required for its Spring campaigns. This project must be completed within a week, and thus we’re interested in working with someone deeply familiar with Magento (v1.9.2.4 CE). Here is the functionality we'd like to be built: 1. We'd like a landing page to be automatically generated with each new fundraiser that signs up on our site. That will require at least two new fields to be added to the fundraiser sign-up process, among other things. 2. Our current affiliate system generates a unique trackable URL to our site. We need it instead to generate a unique trackable URL to wherever we dictate on the website--ideally to the landing page mentioned in item #1. 3. We'd like some dashboard reporting tools to be put in place on the dashboards for the various types of users within our system. These tools would ideally visualize some basic data pertaining to the fundraiser, including real-time funds raised by various groups within the fundraising organization. 4. Last, we'll need to deal with traffic that isn't assigned to an affiliate--so we'd like a page built where visitors can look up fundraisers, then be directed to that fundraiser's landing page. We have a similar funnel in place already, when students navigate our site to sign up as a participant of a fundraiser. There's a chance that code could be reused somehow.
