Create a Wordpress Template

I'm looking to get a quote for the design of a website/blog: A user friendly design that puts focus on the content. The design has to be responsive so it looks and works well across all screen sizes including mobiles, tablets and desktops. A dark visually appealing color scheme is suggested. Looking at using 'Studio' theme. WordPress CMS integration to allow site admin to have complete control over all aspects of the site easily. This will allow them to update/edit/delete content without requiring any programming knowledge. A site homepage is to be designed that presents all the information in the site clearly without making the user feel confused or overwhelmed. Homepage will include categories (e.g sports bar, brunches etc) and a sidebar that includes site navigation, blog links etc. A category page with the top 10 items from that category listed with the number 1 item being on the top of the page highlighted followed by 9 more. One of them is going to be a optional editors choice item as well. An individual page for each item that includes a primary picture and several thumbnails of small picture that can be enlarged, a sidebar for general links and information (similar to homepage), short description, google maps link, opening hours, email, phone number and a pros and cons table. A nominations page allowing users to nominate venues to be listed on the site. This will be a contact form with a dropdown for user to select the category they want to nominate for, their thoughts on the place as well. This will send an email to the site admin with the details the user entered. This page will have a full screen background slider or just one high quality image as background.
