Create a Wordpress Template

Hi I have wordpress blog want to change the theme. I will provide the theme. All you have to do add ability social bar and print as pdf and like plugin. Some of these are already installed and might just have to activate. I am really busy so do not want to spend time doing this. I want to add the option of google add into this and you would need to create some spacing on this. Change some color combination. Requirements Attached in two worksheets.
