Create a Wordpress Template

I am looking for someone to build me a wordpress theme. It will be used for a small chain of bars & restaurants, all of which will have different images/logos/content, but within the same framework. It should have the following -Top Header with a left & right hand widget area for custom text. - Header - 150px high with logo (120px) and menu - Body - Footer - with 3 widget areas for content - Bottom Footer - left & right widget for text & a custom menu It should also have the following Post types as individual menu items (IE each post type should have its own "add" on the left hand worpress menu, rather than simply being templates. Each post type should also have an area on the home page which then links to the blog listing page. - Events Include a featured image (to be displayed under the title) Title Date of Event Time of Event Event Description Social Share Event Sidebar (1/4 page) on Right Hand Side Should have a list of 3 upcoming events Should have area for tripadvisor widget (see reference site) Should have opening hours widget News Page Normal blog page with sidebat (1/4) Meet the team Featured Image Title Body Text Position (chef/manager etc) Joined the team (date) Contact info Experiences Similar to standard blog post OTHER PAGES Gallery Should pull images from instagram - see reference site HOME - A masonry gallery, - see reference site Contact - See reference site. REFERENCE SITE [login to view URL] This is the current set up, although being very primitive, it will give you an idea of the content & user experience. The overall feel should be fun, professional, clean & engaging The design should be simple, responsive, and fast to load, and it should also be in grid 1080 (or similar) with a bg image I would like to see a psd mock up before I award the project, along with previous evidence of similar projects. However, this is something I am willing to hire as an ongoing project to make sure we get everything looking great! Please feel free to ask questions on the public forum.
