Create a Wordpress Template

We want to set up a cute website, something like 'honeymoon funding'. And want to do it based on wordpress platform. We should aprove a design for it and after its technical parameters. These both tasks should be done in this project by the winner. The website should contain welcome page with scrolling, from 'about us', to 'how it works', 'testimonials' and 'faq', also 'Registered Area', where the clients could register or sign in, after that, in their registered area, the possibilites to add their own photos, make a description of their wedding gift list or honeymoon destination, and total amount of money needed for this, description box about why they chose this destination. Pictures of destinations. Their contact details, as well a PayPal account. Counting visits to their funding page, money raised till now, and when the deadline is. And a shortlink to their page for the guests or friends. (maybe confirmed with an short ID or pass, so each visitor gets on the right wedding funding). Also for people who want to donate a page, where will appear customized page of the couple event and honeymoon destination with possibility to pay with PayPal, write congratulations messages, and etc. In my opinion this website must be easy to use and not fully loaded, a light design and mobile friendly.
