Create a Wordpress-Plugin

Dear Sir or Madam, i need a plugin for Wordpress. First: Task for the Worpdpress-user (pure information only for the following plugin) The user should create subpages with different content. This subpages are not listet in the nav-menue. This subpages have only content – individual content with 1000 words for example on ervery subpage, around a special topic. Suitable to the content in the body. The subpages will created by the user and this pages are not public(? Possible for plugin) (See picture for expample: „About_Furniture_1“ „..._2,“ „..._3“ etc) Functional range & the boundary conditions for the plugin The plugin shall create content, which are the user are looked in google. (thus: a landing page, but in the footer). This plugin shall work with the newest wordpress installation and next time wordpress installations. This plugin shall work with every Theme. This plugin shall create an optional footer below the original Theme footer. The footer shall take the same width of the website, responsive. This programm should not create new css/js links with styles in the header/footer. (add new additional styles in [login to view URL] Possible?) No inline styles (css) allowed. The footer shall not displayed on mobile phones. Only Tablets and screens and search engine bots. The user must have the possibility to choose the typography (font, size, H1, H2 ...), colors and background from the orgirignal theme. The plugin must have all natural functionalities such as other wordpress plugins like deinstallation etc. clean, flat coding The user must have the option to able or disable this plugin feature below every page (like the region of revision, wordpress seo by yoast below the field where the user is typing the content for the body of the page). All rights by the client Last but not least: The Main-Function of this plugin: The plugin must create a field. In this field, the user shall have the option to click and select the different matching subpageS (see [login to view URL] for an example in excel), which fit to the body content, (see task for user). If a google user searching for furniture for example, the plugin should use the right selected landing footer content (similar to landing pages), suitable to the content in the main body of the webpage. And, of course, with every actualization of the website and bot visiting (and after XX minutes/hours) the content must changing in the footer around the selected subpages. I hope, everything is fine.
