Wants for new website Page 1: Landing page: (Beachy picture that I can provide) A. Local map with pins showing location of subdivisions (show name and price range of subdivision as you hover over pin). B. New home search by: - Price range (2) (results would show what subdivisions and floor plans are with-in the price range). - Subdivision (3) (results would show all builders and prices with-in a subdivision). Would have directing to the subdivision. - Builder (4) (search result would show all of the subdivisions and floor plans for that builder) - Square footage (5) (results would show all subdivisions and builders that have that square footage). - City (6) (results would show all subdivisions and builders with-in the city) - School zone (7) (results would show all subdivisions and price ranges in school zone) The details above are not perfect or exact but are meant to give you an idea of what I want. Can each of the above choices be a search? For example, if someone wants to see all of the floor plans of homes between $200,000 and $250,000 in Milton with at least 2,100 SF, can we query that and be provided a list? I would want the results to also indicate who the builder is and the price of the house. I know we will have to tweak the details. I would also want some script giving details of the subdivisions and the builders and the city to provide the reader information about the area in which the homes are in. I want to have an area on the first page explaining the benefits of using a realtor when buying or constructing a new home. I will provide that information. I want the ability, if at all possible, to add floor plans to the site as well as other details. I have about 200 floor plans along with a picture of the home for each. I want potential buyers to be able to conduct a search or two but I want them to have to fill out a registration form to go into it too far. I also want the registration information to be collected so that I can refer back to it on the website.
