Create a Theme specifically to work with our Plugin with a modern fresh design

We have developed a WordPress plugin - [login to view URL] The latest source code is here. [login to view URL] In that zip drive is the plugin code - and a theme - that includes a number of predefined styles that are required to make the plugin work and layout correctly. The theme is pretty plain.. actually its pretty ugly. We are happy with the plugin mainly - we are not after changes in functionality. Some background.. We write software for companies that build houses - we call our clients "Builders". Our software is called ClickHome. [login to view URL] When the Builders use our software - it helps them build new homes for their clients - we call their clients - "home owners". The Builders use our software to project manage the job and like a CRM. The Builder creates a web site using WordPress and installs our plugin called ClickHome-MyHome and it connects to our software via API. The home owners then use the wordpress site to see information about their new home, ask questions, see photos, provide feedback. Each builder has their own brand and style - in future we will come back to Freelancer to have a specific child theme designed and made to suit each builder as they create their wordpress site. However, we are not a builder.. but we want to be able to demonstrate our WordPress plugin so that it appears stylish and user friendly. We will provide logins and API for all the short codes used in our plugin.
