Create Magento Extension - Additional Customer Attributes & Configurable Swatch Auto Suggest Based on Rules

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a Magento extension that provides the following main features: 1) Ability to add custom customer attributes (similar to this [login to view URL]) We are an apparel company and products are made available by size. We want the customer to fill out a "profile" with measurements in specified areas, specific to our product. These attributes should be completely customizable, like the link provided. Drop down for single selection, List for Multi-select/Ranges. It would be ideal to have these options relatable to existing product attributes. 2) Ability for admin to see these attributes and edit them This feature allows us to edit and set information based on customer input. 3) Ability to auto-suggest a "configurable swatch" for an "associated product" based on rules created by admin Using the information provided by the customer and rules set by the admin, when a logged in customer is on a product-view page, and there are options available as a drop down or configurable swatches, one of them will be highlighted as a note for suggestion. this color will be different than the actual customer selection. 4) Ability to add "child profiles" for a customer account) We anticipate multiple customer per user account, and would like to be able to provide for this. Basically we would save the "measurements" in sets or profiles that can be linked to one account and referenced by dropdown/radio button select. These profiles should have custom names that are not unique to each customer (customer 1 could have name Steve, and Customer 2 could have name Steve, but they cannot see each others information) 5) Ability to add photo for customer account view (visible by Admin) This feature would allow for the customer to upload a photo of themselves to the account. Other topics are up for discussion and can be negotiated as future projects outside of this main creation.
