Dear hiring manager, I am expert in Facebook application development. I have developed many Facebook app including some automation tools. I have read through your project description. I will use Facebook PHP SDK with Graph API to build the BOT which is 100% legit. You can modify bot setting from a web interface admin panel. The bot will keep track of statistics (eg. how many comments posted by the bot, how many comments deleted etc). I can also build you chrome extension instead of PHP script if you want. I've worked on a simmilar project before, I would be able to deliver this solution in C# programming language, that means I'd be a windows software. I could try delivering the same software as a website as well, but I cannot guarantee I'd be successful.
