b) Brand
c) Model
d) Coverage desired: Low, Medium, High

2. I need to have a Smart Comparison Table, I have 3 types of insurance provider, with 3 different plans. (The price will be changing according to the brand of the vehicle and coverage selection)
3. Booking page & form which includes name, contact number, desired time and location
4. Any enquiries and bookings will have an alert email sent to designated parties
