Combine website pages into one page

Website: [login to view URL] - Please check attachment for more details on project scope. Point 1: Current website is working well but designed across several pages. I would like to consolidate the pages and their functions into one page. The user no longer has to go to a landing page and then to the search page, he will simply land on the search page from the start. If the user is a public user and not logged in then links to member functions should be hidden. Point 2: When clicking on a polygon on the map today, the building information is displayed a modal popup. The change is that the information is displayed in a new page rather than a popup. The page is already coded as [login to view URL] with only minor tweaks required to complete references and to fix design as per the modal. (example carousel) Point 3: - Fix design of filters to have more modern design of drop down arrows. - Carousel to be oriented vertically rather than horizontally. - Gridview, watchlist, and add building buttons to be oriented horizontally
