Can you create a GoPro Studio style software for my business?

Can you build a Go Pro style studio for me? My business is working on our own action camera and we\'re looking for someone to build a studio just like GoPro has. for us. We use a stereoscopic (dual camera) setup to replicate 3D video and have the ability to go record in full 360 degrees. The software would be required to do some certain specific items of course, deviating from GoPros of course, but the concept would remain the same (A software that comes with a action camera in which you can quickly revise your videos and optimize them) We would need certain features in the software such as Automatically putting a (Left) Video 1 and (Right) Video 2 side by side with each other. Since we use a dual camera setup to replicate 3D, the videos just have to be side by side on a horizontal axis. Basic editing, manipulating contrast, brightness, etc.... the basics. A quick and easy way to edit 360 degree video, a way to look over and review the image stitching that was automatically incorporated into the video between cameras. (As easy as grabbing and moving the video to rotate it 360 degrees, like any other 360 degree video out)
