CRELoaded 6.5 Updates, Template Modifications & Other Programming Tweaks -- 2

I have several CRELoaded 6.5 Stores that I need adjustments and upgrades on. Please read this post thoroughly before placing some wild bid or posting 500 previous projects that you've completed. I've been doing this a long time and know what things cost and know CRELoaded very well. I am looking for somebody who is experienced with CRELoaded and has extensive PHP programming skills. Skills with Twilo is a plus as well. The programming adjustments will be installed on three stores while the other upgrades will apply only to certain ones. Please note that these stores are heavily modified and contain tons of custom code and programming. I am looking for someone who I build a long term relationship with for future projects and ongoing work on these stores as well. i simply do not have the time to continue working on these myself. [login to view URL] - This site needs the template updated to reflect more Angels and a more sophisticated look. I want a clean design enhancement that gives the template a heavenly, holy, angelic feel. The template must not cause and issues with the way the site works. The site also has an issue an issue with it's [login to view URL] file that is preventing it from indexing. Other changes will be simple css and html alterations with how text appears in certain pages. I want many pages that are not HTTPS to be HTTPS this will mean securing those pages so the SSL does not have any errors. All simple things that we can go over one at a time after the project is awarded. there also is a bug in [login to view URL] that is triggering peoples virus protection. I can't seem to hunt down what is causing this but I need to get it corrected. All three sites also have Twilo in stalled for SMS updates, this works perfect however we need the ability to receive messages and send pictures and video. This will take an experienced programmer who knows Twilo to accomplish. Again after the mod is complete it will simply be installed in all three stores.
