We are starting a small portal for a specific industry. We want to use a responsive wordpress theme and have a community function (with individuals and companies registrations, jobs, classified, forum, chat, top, etc...) and a flexible header footer sidebar customization. Users will submit their info (about, jobs, classifieds) using nice forms. See the attached document for our vision. Should be fairly simple to an experienced freelancer. Must be properly secured not to allow hackers. Please provide simple demo or similar work.

Hello, I have been running some communities using wordpress and can set it up. Some of the things you ask for, f.x. the chat function, is usually a pro version thing unless being very limited. I am not sure my bid can cover all costs so you need to keep in mind that there might be other expenses. I do not have a problem with including some pro version purchases but need to have milestones released in order to cover my costs during the process. And I will set it up, not doing big design jobs of existing themes. Best regards/John
