Build me a website with a name generator on it

Hello guys! This is simple, I want to create a website where people come to generate a name (first name) using some personality traits (we'll use 10 personality traits).

I'm gonna tell you how this is supposed to work.

For example, let's say that I need a girl name.

- Enter the website

- First thing that I need to do is to select the gender(girl/boy).

- The second thing is to select 3 personality traits from this list: elegant, sensitive, insistent, confident, honest, clever, creative, optimistic, reliable, keen. Then hit the button next/submit.

- After this the visitator needs to wait a couple of seconds until the name is generated. We will crate a loading page with a loader sign (we will put some text with "Our experts are picking up names for your right now) or something like that. After the loading is done a text will show up (Our expert has chosen a good name for you) and a button (Reveal the answer).

- After they hit the button they will be redirected to the checkout page. At the top we will have a a coupon with 40-60% off. (for example - Use the promotional code BABY to get 60% OFF your order).

The price without using the code will be $4.99. If they use the code the price will be $1.99.

We need a form where they will enter the promotional code (if they want), full name, e-mail address.

We need a section where we will find the name of the product (PRODUCT: Exclusive English Name), the name of the coupon that they used (COUPON: BABY - if they used one) and THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ($4.99 or $1.99 if they used the code).

We need to tell them what they will get:

- 10 names (based on what they choosed). You will get 10 names on your e-mail address after the pay is finished

- a vote page with all these 10 names. You can share this page on your facebook, twitter etc to get votes to be more easy for you to choose ypur baby name.

And we need a Pay Now button. After they hit the Pay Now button they will be redirected to Pay Pal where they can pay with their Pay Pal account or with their credit card.

After the payment was made they will be redirected to our website, to our Thank You page where they will be informed that the names have been sent to their e-mail address. Additionally they will be informed that we created the vote page with their baby names and they can share the page on facebook, twitter, pinterest etc to get votes, to be easier to pick the right one.. Buttons will be added here with every social to be more easy for them to share.

Basically for this step (the last one) we need to create a vote page (poll) for every customer that used our generator.

This is how it's supposed to work.

Things that we will need:

1. Two names list

- Girl Names

- Boy Names

Every name in these two list needs to have some personality traits. One name can have just one trait, another one can have 2,3 traits and so on.

Probably we need them in an Access files (I don't know for sure, if you know just let me know, we will pick the best option. The thing is that I need to be able to add/remove/modify names from the lists and I need to be easy to do it).

2. The SQL query that will do the job. The query needs to pick the names based on people's choices. The customer will get only the first 10 names that were generated.

3. Somehow we need to be able to send an e-mail to our customer with the names (after the pay was made).

4. We need somehow to create that vote page (poll) automatically after every payment.

5. A list with all the orders. The list will contain: order number, full name, e-mail, order date, price.

6. A friendly interface, trustworthy and relaxing for eyes.

***7. A responsive interface (pc/tablets/smartphones). 75-85% of my traffic will come from smartphones and tablets. I want to look very good on smartphones and other devices.
