Build a demo of a subscription model website & Create a Tutorial

Create a demo website (as prescribed in the attached files) and create a step by step tutorial with screenshots with explanations for complete beginners - the tutorial should enable a complete beginner with little experience of website design to set up an automated subscription based website with paypal API functionality. 1. Create a website using a framework with a signup feature/using myPHpAdmin - sql database 2. Create a website using pure html/php with signup feature 3. Add a four tiered subscription structure as described in attached file - assigning access rights to different parts of the website - based on payment/signup type 4. Add paypal functionality using the paypal API. *Create tutorials in attached file (powerpoint) for all the above, indicating the steps, providing code, etc. Video/screen recordings can be embedded where necessary if this is easier.
