Build calendar page using Fullcalendar

This web application is mostly relying on PHP and mySQL. The calendar is UI functionality that will be created by using bootstrap. There will also be UI for adding events and viewing events. We'll also be able to change the calendar settings as mentioned in the document. Can you provide the date format and time format that we are going to use?
