I have a 35 pages detailed plan of a "Community Exchange System" website and I need a PHP programmer to do the job. Full explanation of all functions and forms, are helping the programmer not to lose time trying to imagine what to do. The site is similar to an e-shop, without a cart. Concisely: An account of Electronic Units (EU) is opened for each new member, who can buy and sell items or services to other members. Every buyer is transferring EU from his to seller's account. Administrator is collecting commissions. All transactions are stored ia a database. Admin can put some transaction parameters and controls all functions from Admin Panel. Members as well they can Add, Edit, Delete entries. Users can search the database with a complex 5 fields function and see entries in general as well as in detailed pages. Almost half of pages (Except those connected with database) and the texts of all others, would be finished by me. This is not a job for unexperienced designers or programmers. Budget is absolutely limited to 400 USD. 25% can be paid in advance and the rest after testing the job for delivering. The work could be delivered within 20 days. Savvas Alimonos
