Build a Website

i am looking for a website development, similar to [login to view URL] if the front end design, presentation, look & feel possible as per the reference site, i love to see it. considering to back-end design, the query submitted by the visitor will store in database. there should be an admin login panel, where the admin can login into the dashboard, he can edit, add, delete the existing entry and can create new entries. these entries can be synchronized base on its value such as area wise, locality wise, pin code wise, etc and having facility for export these data.
