I need an on-line presence focussing on the optimal health benefits of Primal Living ([login to view URL]). My views can be summed as natural and holistic. They are Palaeolithic (Paleo) inspired, but do not wholly align with some core Paleo ideas such as extensive lean protein consumption. Instead Primal Living (my brand) focuses on optimal health through respecting or genetics and environment. There is strong scientific epigenetic and nutrigenomics research to support Primal Living as the most optimal path to physical and cognitive health. The site will revolve around these interconnected ideas: 1) Proper Nutrition 2) Finding Our Circadian Rhythm 3) Proper Physical Movement and Rest 4) Promoting Optimal Cognitive Health. My vision is to provide weekly blogs where I discuss or expand on key ideas. The site should allow visitors to submit questions and request further information. It should also allow clients to submit info and register for classes, health consultations and other appointments. I'm hoping to be up and running in the next as soon as possible (2 to 4 weeks?). Hopefully, I can have branding, logos and other graphic imaging ideas finalized quickly to start on business, pamphlets and other physical marketing. Thank you. Alex C.
