Build a Website

Faded Denim Drainage Project Outline Website written in HTML only. Fully responsive website. Custom small website. 20-30 pages. Custom slider with graphics that tells a story. Will provide all images, all copy and art direction. Need a talented designer who can translate my vision into the build out. Website is for a small local government agency that tells a short story with use of images, overlay of small text sentences, and graphic elements. We are promoting the use of a drainage system and need local community approval. The website home pages are key. It needs a fast paced image slider and text overlays that collectively tell a quick story that encourages the visitor to go to the next page and next page. The story line is short - 15 pages, but tells a well crafted story. Audio / voice over - will be supplied and will need to be integrated into each page. I need a graphic element that stretches across all pages that show the progress the visitor is making as they click on each of the pages. This progress bar is an overlay that adjusts in size responsively. Deliverable: Responsive Template. 20-30 pages Custom Menu that in the intro section is a forward button, but there is also a smaller full site menu button. The website is divided into three sections with a slightly different look to the theme for each of the three sections. Must be completed by December 9th. Look and Feel: This is for a small, rural community. I need a look that is tailored for an audience that is authentic and not contrived or slick. it needs to have the feel like a pair of faded denim jeans but with a crisp cotton shirt. Like an engineer who works for a rural building & engineering firm. Relaxed but clean and competent. There are FAQ pages, history, about, specifications, Site Map, 404 page, contact page and resource pages. I need to see a portfolio that shows capabilities in producing - - ability to create a look and feel for an engineering, scientific / technical website - image rich and sophisticated graphic ability. - text overlays with movement - multiple menu's - timeline status overlay - photoshop montage - if you're able - images are supplied - copy is supplied - storyboard is supplied Budget $1,500 - $3,500.
