HI, I like your project. It is much more interesting than making yet another social network for dogs. I have made something similar but not exactly. It was an app for parking when you are approaching a parking place. Imagine you are at the mall's parking. There are beacons at some places like A1, B1 and etc. And while you are parking you spend some time near to a beacon (say A1). If you are spending more than 30 secs the app will decide you parked there and will make a pin on the map and start a timer. That is how that works. The app was made for Irish market. I read the spec and have some questions. * first of all beacons have its own service UUID. Scanning them useless. You must now this UUID. * beacons have some features about approaching areas. So once you are approaching your app will get a notification. In this case a user can press Park and it will charge him. The computer is only necessary for opening the bar. Well actually maybe there is another way instead of using the computer. It might be somehting smal like Arduino ($30 per computer). Or some bars have online interface. It depends. * I can do all of parts of it. Mobile app will take about 1 month for all. The cost for mobile app is about $3-4K for both together. * Web service (it is necessary) will take about $2-3K USD. And 1 month too (they can be developed together) * computer app... For this job we need to implement IoT in the mobile application. The smartphone IMEI no will be saved as security of the car, if that matches then only the car will get the permission to go out of the parking zone.
