I will be designing a new website for my business, and need assistance in ensuring the backend migration and proccess is working solid. It's a private website built on wordpress that integrates with some third party platforms. I want to move entirely from moonclerk to recurley… along with other third party platforms. Migrate from existing stack (Stripe (payment gateway), Moonclerk (stripe front end), Google Docs (database), MailChimp) to a new stack: Stripe (gateway), Recurly (payment and account management), AusPost eParcel (dispatch), MailChimp (eDM and comms). Basically I need to implement Recurly, and have it talk to Australia Post's eParcel API. Both systems are well documented. From this website build, key deliverables need to come out: 1. Recurly set up and actively working 2. Talk to eParcel API and dispatch process accurate and in place. 3. Create a 'User Account' section for customers to log in, self manage, self-upgrade, etc. 4. Implement a referral program using a pre-existing plug in 5. Implement an ecommerce store - could be shopify or wordpress plugin.

We definitely need detailed requirements, at least some high level features with bullet points in a document or can you drop me a message thru' Freelancer PMB to discuss requirements, as we cannot estimate it without receiving detailed specs.
