We are looking for a developer to help build a Wallboard for Elastix.
The Wall board it to show number of callers in the queue, be customisable to how many queues to monitor. Show total calls waiting in the queue, number of calls handled, number of abandoned calls and the average wait time in each queue.
When the number of calls waiting is more then 2 the queue needs to flash, when its between 3-4 calls needs to flash amber, then when its over 5 calls flash red and make a beep/bong noise. These limits need to be adjustable dependent on our clients needs.
Please see attached images for further explanations and how we would like it to look initially.
The stats then need to reset at midnight every day, and the stats kept in the database for further use.
It then need to display the status on the extensions busy/free and how many calls the extension has handled.
The other requisite is this needs to be installed by us for the end user, so will need written instruction on how to install.
This will be installed on the local Elastix server.

Are you looking for option to send out those Queue stats to the TV screen for agents/support/supervisors? In any case, I did similar jobs and I have very good VoIP experience, I will help you!
I created wallboards but for other commercial call-centers. You design looks nice, I think it can be done as a web-page with AJAX. If you mind an application it is also possible.
