Area Events and room demand.

Closed Paid on delivery

PLEASE READ ALL HERE: No placeholder bids! We want you to research and find websites or information sources that list events (or ?) in areas worldwide, figure a way to relate that to possible demand for rooms in that area and build a system that puts a room demand rating to the areas for periods in the calendar. Scrape information from sites and analyse room demand by area and display the information in a nice graphical way. We want this system built to add it to our Room site that is being built now. Please NOTE we dont pay Milestones or part payments, we only pay upon completion. PLEASE dont bid or put in placeholder bids if you cant live with this. READ THIS: we dont pay milestones, dont like? dont bid. Some coders got rude when told, but they hadnt bothered to read the job! Please sign and return our NDA, we need ours not Freelancers, so please dont mention theirs. An NDA does not award the job and it is NOT a negotiation document, again if you cant sign our NDA please DONT BID. The NDA allows us to give you the full details of the job is all. The above is NOT full description of the job, there is more, but we need the NDA returning first, so you can see the whole job and give an accurate bid and not lose money. No NDA= you wont make it to the shortlist. Sorry to be strict but some lazy Coders are not reading the Job requirements, that is very unprofessional and just causes unwanted friction.

NDA can be returned to jm.wellsurecorp@gmail.com
