Amazon Refresh items until it hits X price

So i'm looking for a very simple software or simillar, what i need: I add a link from amazon of an item (more specifically from the amazon warehouse seller and define an alert everytime that item hits X or under that price defined by me The program keeps refreshing the amazon api every 5/10 seconds for the price of the item and when it hits that price it gives me an alert for example makes a sound and opens that item page Well what is crucial here is that the program refreshes the amazon API every 5/10 seconds because i need a prompt alert as timming is crucial. Need this ASAP.
