Hello, You didn't mention a web server in your project brief? I'm assuming you'll settle for Apache. I can help you setup a web hosting environment today. Do you already have a cPanel license? If you don't they are other strong open source alternatives I can introduce you to.

I currently have multiple ec2 instances, database servers, load balancers properly configured, ssh access and Sftp access all working, and we can do this relatively quick. I'll tell you step by step what was done, what programs to use for file transfer (Winscp), and you'll be up and running in no time.

You need everything on the same instance ? MSSQL is going to run on the same php instance or you going to have a DB instance for the MSSQL, The PHP is going to run on windows or linux ?
