Adware program with admin panel

Project Description Bidders should be experienced in developing ad wares We need to develop small adware which have following features 1) The adware will be able to open new windows, popunders and pop-ups after a certain period on the user computer. 2) The Adware will install itself automatically when the users click on an EXE file. The file should be small (50-150kb) and delete itself when theHIDDEN installation is completed. The Adware should be installed in the Windows registry and should be VERY HARD to uninstall. Should also include features to avoid detection by security, if possible. 3) All advertisements of any nature can be injected into the browser without any need of any browser extensions. P.s. Google has stopped allowing browser extensions from 1st April completely, and is disabling all the extensions that are promoting ads, since the application that we would be building is browser extension free there is virtually no control of Google chrome rules to inject ads thus leaving us with an open field to inject anything we want. 4) Web based control panel - full control panel for the adware. Control panel should: keep track of IPs, geographical location, full logs can block off IP ranges and keep track of referrers, browsers, etc. and I can access it for typing url and it got displayed on installed computers. 5) Browsers Needed: (latest Version ) Chrome , Firefox , IE , Safari. 6) Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac Os 7) Advertisment type: Basically I need pop ups and pop under but if you can provide me all other advertisment type you are most welcome. 8) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 9) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables) Specific details will be given by request.
