Advanced Traffic Distribution System PHP , mysql , Code Already Exist and need New Features -- 2

Modify add new features and Personalize the code. The program Consist in a Advanced TDS ( Traffic Distribution System) the actual code is designed to deal whit Mobile connections , detecting a lot of features like: -Model of Device -Type of Device -Connection type -OS of Device - GEO Location of Device in the actual Project im able to select a Landing page , Assign a apk if needed and display to specific users At this first Part of the project i need to add same features of mobile but for Desktop , o i will need: -OS of Desktop -Browser of Desktop -Connection type - Geo Location Also to this new feature I need to replicate the LandingPage Creation page , and add som extra features to fit desktop devices , also i need to be able to add landing pages from predefined templates or upload my own example and asking this to be used. More Instructions will be discuss in private message. The second Part consist in incorporate a Cloaker system , i also have the code , i need to add this feature to the final project.. and the last part and not most important . i will need to reformulate user login. But lets focus in this first part. if all works how expected we will hire the same freelancer for all project features. All actual code are in php , geo device detection for browser i also have the code , just need to adapt in the existing format . I think this project can take at least a week of work to accomplish all features. the coder will works whit another freelancer that will be responsible for the design. the designer is not hired yet. but will be when needed. Take a look at my Profile , you will see im a Serious Client , always making nice projects PD: the mobile platform is 100 % working and is actually in production , the cloaked system will be also coded and just will need some adaptations to fit our final project.
