Addition to website

Please take a look at my project below and let me know if this is a task you can accomplish, and if you have the experience or past experience with this type of project. Here is a more detailed summary of the project I need. 1) create MyHealthJournal page with 3 sections to it. Section 1) MyHealthJournal - Users can provide answers to questions that are point based. The points from these answers add up and collect in the 'health meter'. I need to be able to reset the meter on the backend. Section 2) Challenge page - Users can complete 2 challenge areas. the first is a step challenge where they can tell us how many steps they have walked today and get points based on their answer. The points add up on the step meter. The second is a brain and well-being challenge. Users can click on the different challenges here and it will take them somewhere like to an article. Once they complete the task (like read the article) they can click 'i completed this task' and get points which add to the meter. I need to be able to reset these meters on the backend Section 3) leaderboard - here is where users can see how they are doing against their coworkers. This needs to be configured in groups so that users only are seeing their coworkers. We need to be able to group it by the company. So company X has a leader board, and company Y has their own leaderboard. The backend: The backend of this page i need to be able to see the points in something like an excel sheet. Please see attached example. I also have the plugin called UltimateMember for my users, so my guess is that we have to make it compatible with that. I can provide a similiar website if you would like to reference their design. I would also like to try to get this completed by the 19th of september if possible.
