Adding emails in the address book and others

I am looking for someone who are familiar with PHP. I need some help with quite few things. There are 4 things I want you to do.

1) I want to add the text "Email:" with the value to see how many lines I have put email in the email textbox when I write the list of emails as I want the text "Email:" with the value to show as automatically.

2) When you click on the add email button, I want to close the pop up and add the list of emails in the email fields.

3) When you close the pop up, I want to add the value next to the email field.

4) When you click on the address book after the email addresses have been added, I want to re-edit them in the address book with the list of emails.

I hope you will do it for $40. You must send me the proof of the complete project so whoever did the work without the reward, I will then reward you and pay you straight away. I have been very upset that my last project have not been complete due to idiot have ignored my requested and he disputed my payment without complete my project. You can see this for proof:
