Adding drag and drop capabilities to a bootstrap webapp

I need to add a drag and drop capability to tables in a webapp. There is a list of items separated in categories. Each categorie is a table. The app is made with bootstrap admin frame. I need to be able to drag item within the categorie to change order, but also drag an item into another categorie. I also need to add a button on the categories tables head to collapse table. If you think it would be better to change from tables to ul/li, i dont really mind as long as the design is respected. The app uses a mysql db, so we will need to add a position column to save the items order.
