We're updating one of my websites here:

I've got a couple of forms I need adding and connecting up to my Aweber account.

At the top there under the Hero image, you'll see a blue banner. I need one form in there that should look like this:

I've got as far as setting up the main container Div in the [url removed, login to view] file (hence why the background is there already, although you can start again if that's better for you, I don't mind), but I just don't have time right now to set up the column divs for the image and the elements.

I've already uploaded the images though (including the "Free download" text as a PNG because I know what a pain in the arse that would be to do as css!) and I also have all the styling details (colours, borders, radius's, etc.), the form just needs constructing.

Then as you scroll down you'll see two or three identical "Web Special" boxes. These just need a functioning "Email" text box and submit button under the text.

You can see an example of these in action already at [url removed, login to view] (in fact you can rip the validation code right out of there if you like!) with the "Free workout" boxes.

Let me know if there's anything you don't understand and I'll add answers to questions to this project description. :-)
