Add a webpage and process for collecting customer reviews for our Wordpress website http://amertexroofing.com. We want the process to be easy for our customers to answer as simple online form on our website that will capture their experience using our companies services. This feedback needs to be able to be controlled by us prior to being published. We want them to be able to provide stars for the referral information as well as pictures if necessary. The WP plugin WP Customer Reviews seems like the most likely plugin to use for this task. We also want to then display these reviews in a similar fashion that our "testimonials" is currently, in fact this will take the place of our current testimonials on our website. To do this another plugin might be necessary in tandem with WP Customer Reviews such as WP Plugin Reviews or something like that.

Hi. As I understand you need plugin that can create testimonial section in your admin and front end. The form must contain rating system and fields for pictures attachment.
