Music discovery site

Please be very specific in your response: essentially what many of the features of the following site duplicated: [login to view URL] inlcuding: - member login - personal music profile (for bands) - music playlist creator for bands - music listening list for members/listeners PLUS: - intelligent links to revelant external blogs related to an artist - ability to incorporate member rewards for listening an rating music e.g. links to free ringtune site we are creating seperately - ability to externally link a music player to a members playlist e.g. generate external XML code to post on MySpace that results in a player with the members playlist on our site. Here is an example of an open source music player and playlist generator that could e customized for our purposes - also require an external XML code generator that links the blog listings for a given band profile to show on the band's myspace the top 5 blogs on the band being highlited on our site under that band's profile please ask for if clarifying questions are required.
