Flash pageturn with SCORM

FlashTeacher (or something like this) A Windows and Mac application for getting PDF (and MS Word if possible) files published as Flash including sound. The target groups are teachers, universities, colleges and companies. Workflow: The author installs the program on his pc or Mac. The author has a presentation done in Word or in a PDF file. He opens the application and can import this presentation. If it is a Word file this is saved as PDF. In this presentation he wants to have sound/speak added so he clicks the Sound ??" Record button and the first page in the presentation is shown so he can look at the page while he is doing the speak. When the speak for the page is finished he click the button next and will have the next page shown and then do the speak. This continues until all the pages are done. All label text is shown in a column and in another column the shown label text is shown. The user can edit all the text in the second column to his language and save this as XML. Also there are 2 buttons: Import and Export language file Select production screen size: Dropdown box where you select among screen sizes. The 3 most used is shown. Export for SCORM 1.2: Yes/No ??" if Yes the production will be saved in a zip file containing the production and the SCORM API. Publish to: browse for folder (possible to add new folder) Show production after export: Yes/No ??" if Yes the standard browser opens up and show the production The published production is shown in a Flash interface depending on the chosen template. If the window is resized the view is changed accordingly to the new size. On the front page (if selected) is shown text and image, logo (if selected), author bio and image (if selected), search field (if selected) and the menu (if selected). You can see 1) a slider to adjust the sound volume (if sound is selected) 2) a button called Start. When you click this the fist page in the production is shown. When looking at the production the user gets the feeling of using/looking at a book ??" either looking at 1 page or 2 pages at the time (depending of the selection in the setup). The first page of course is only one page shown ??" like when reading a book. The looks of the interface MUST be very professional ??" a feeling of very good and beautiful graphics. If a print button is enabled you can print the page. What really could be great is if it could be: • an add-in shown as a new menu item both in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat if possible ??" so the user can do it all from inside these programs • and as a normal program for Window/Mac The final program must be delivered using a 14-day free trial and a license generator for generating the correct code. When a user installs the program it is possible to go to Menu ??" Register where you can Create license key. This key is sent to me after payment and I send back the generated license code that is pasted into the License key field by the user and the program is registered. Also the source code will be mine and will be delivered. All rights are delivered. Can not be sold to any other clients!!! I expect a code with a clear documentation. An arrangement for technical customer support is wanted. Sales will be done from our well known web shop and from RegNow and ShareIt. The support will be to answer questions in our ticket system and forum. The plan is to further develop this program adding extra features in the future. I want a price and the time table for final release. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
