Wordepress website upgrade and fixing of design

We havea current website that needs some additional work done. It can be viewed at www. kidspartypalce .[login to view URL] This is the work we requrie 1. Update wordpress and all plugins 2. install quick cache 3. Change background and website colors to match some print media which I will invite you to share on Dropbox. 4. images that flash are too big, you can't tell what the site is about when you first see it. So the first frame needs to be adjusted so people know who we are and what we do at first glance. I think the images being too large prevent this from happening. You cant see the info below the main image, people may not even know it is there 5. Address and contact details on top rhs of page are ugly and need reworking 6. Facebook/social group info is ugly!I need a direct link to our facebook page, that tells people to go there for current photos/info 7. galleries throughout the site can appear cramped on some screens and not be seen 8. images need renaming as they are not seo friendly, you can instruct me how to change these. 9. New tab for Parties in Your Home. I will send text and images for the page. This work is urgent. We do not have a tempalte for the background at all.
