3) If your bid is not inclusive of all the features please rebid appropriately.

I WILL NEED TO SEE EXAMPLES - Examples with a poor admin will not be considered. I will provide design and graphics needed for front end UI.

I am looking for a website that is very similar to task rabbit. You will have to provide to provide me with a funky custom designed front end, should look exceptional! I`mm really picky about it, so make sure that you have great designers in your team.

We are referring

to the person posting a task as a “Seeker” and the person performing the task as a “Task Runner”.

It needs to have the same eCommerce integration and functionality as www.taskrabbit.com. Please review the site and give me pricing. Here is what I think I will need.

1. Must be able to login from Facebook or Google to signup. Built in email/SMS/RSS (i.e. to Facebook or Twitter) integration system, based on members watch list.

2. Must have a built in email integration system. The system will send out the task to the specific "Task Runners" automatically. (Please ask in PMB and I will explain a bit more), it`s slighlty different then task rabbit.

3. A seeker will need to be able to designate a fee for a task [url removed, login to view] new and accept our policy of adding a 10% - 15% administrative fee on top of their proposed

fee. If the seeker´s bid is too low, they need to be notified via email or text that their bid is too low as runners are not bidding. This needs to be via email or text depending on the seeker´s

preference of choice.

3* Also none of the email`s should go to junk, Email`s should pass the hotmail filters, and should be with graphics and stuff (same as task rabbit).

4. Seekers must also indicate a time frame in which the task must be completed. Must devise a system that classifies tasks by urgency – whether something has to be done immediately or if the task can wait, such as a recurring task or something that is not time sensitive.

5. Runners are then welcome to bid on the amount they are willing to charge for the "Task" that is posted. There must be a “comment” or “note” text field for runners to comment on the task, such as can do it at a certain time, in the area can do it now, etc.

6. The Seeker can then accept the bid and escrow funds RIGHT AWAY to our website`s escrow account (We want the same system as scriptlance) cover the bid plus any purchases that are required to complete the job. Buyer will deposits funds into the website`s account and then the funds will be placed in escrow and will be release when the seeker closes the task (EXACT SAME AS SCRIPTLANCE.)

7. Must have the option to release funds in increments (i.e. if purchases needed) upon submission of receipt via camera shots or pdfs. Once job is completed, Site will release remaining funds to the Task Runner, minus commissions.

8. Must have the ability to charge various commission fees. The site will typically add a 15% administrative fee on the seeker's fee. We must be able to manage those commissions either site-wide or on the individual basis from the admin area.

9. Must be able to take coupon codes and generate UNIQUE coupon codes easily. They must be able to be assigned a expiration date and also be able to control the commission amount charged.

10. The user that has performed the task must be able to receive funds, so setup of an account with a routing number or Paypal account to funnel all money. Both seekers and runners need to be able to have their tasks and payment history posted on their personalized page.

IMP: Once the task is completed, the task rabbit will get the funds in his account which he can later withdraw to paypal or credit card.

11. The seeker must receive an email or text immediately after job has been closed and funds have been released. This email or text must be have the ability to "Rate their Task Runner" with a 5 star ratings system. This rating system is very important. All runners will live and die by their ratings. On completion of task both the Job/task poster and doer are invited to post rating and feedback, the rating system will be matrix style rating measuring timeliness, quality

and service (similar to [url removed, login to view]) as well as a comments field. A summary of the total accrued ratings to be displayed on the user's personal public CV or Business page. This should also have the ability to add an additional "tip" if the seekers wants to. - This email must have a "Post to Facebook" link to tell everyone that a task has been completed.

[url removed, login to view]

12. A user that signups must be able to add their task service location and this needs to tie into Google Maps API so the seeker can see where the task runner is able to work. The maps must be able to show the task runners info in the Google Maps bubble and then be able to click to the task runners own personal page.

12* Exact Location will be disclosed once the bid is accepted and to the do`er only. On the task page, the approximate location will be showed through the zip code.

13. Must have the ability to search for a Task Runner. The user will need to be able to search for a task and also by location. Either by city, zip code, neighbor name, or address….and maybe landmark

14. Task Runners must have their own customizable profile page with all runner information. It must be customizable by the task Runner - they need to be able to own their own page and be able to modify certain criteria.

15. Must have a rewards program setup where the Task Runner can earn points and receive certain credentials.

16. If a task runner does a certain amount of tasks, he gets whatever we designate. It could be a bonus, it could be a icon badge.

17. Also a map with all current job postings needs to tie into google maps API like task rabbits - [url removed, login to view]

18. Must have the ability to have blog built in.

19. Must have twitter integration. So tweets must be posted on the site somewhere.

20. Must have the ability to add different cities or states if we need to.

21. The site must be SEO friendly and use a canonical URL system.

22. Searching is crucial for both the job/task poster and the doer, on listing their profiles and or job/tasks the site should feedback recommendations based on selected fields, such as

Location, Category of task, time and price…

23. A Google API is desired to display via different icons, people who are posting profiles for jobs, approved people who can perform tasks, locations of tasks, and locations of jobs. These should display a mouse over brief of the information, then link back to the page in the website. ([url removed, login to view])

24. Back End Administration is crucial and needs to be user friendly to perform reports, manage automated incentives, costing models, manage Advertising and manage various pages and listings. Also, any text, graphics, etc. should be easily changeable from the admin area.

25. A online reporting page showing, number of members, number of tasks and jobs, highest amount earned in a period, top location, seo stats…

26. Ability to perform a background check, as well as the ability to certify that a runner has passed a background check, is crucial. Therefore, we will need a background check icon available.

27. Email newsletters will be on cron, such as new email`s will be sent automatically to specified group of people. Admin should be able to send them as well.

28. USER PANEL should have all the features that task rabbit user panel. It should look amazing, should be easy to use!

29. Website will be launched in 6 cities across 2 countries, When the user types in the url, he`ll be shown with the 2 countries side by side and will be able to select their desired city. Region will be showed in the task listing as well.

30. Task rabbit will be able to tic mark the areas of expertise and will be put into different groups in the database. Notifications will be sent based on the tags. I can explain it more as well.

THIS 28, 29 & 30 ARE VERY VERY IMPORTANT!
