Convert that design into a working website with a CMS backend - open-source CMS apps such as Drupal/Joomla/Wordpress are acceptable Provide an environment where the site front end and back end can be put through rigorous QA Testing by us, and fix all bugs that have been identified in a fast and efficient manner. Once the client has signed off on the website, you will need to install the CMS/deploy the website. Our client has a tow-truck business. They require a website designed & built with a CMS back-end.
