Smarty template for classifieds website

I need a new design, and some modifications done in our website based on the GeoClassAuctions Enterprise Enterprise smarty framework we bought the script from [login to view URL] and installed it on a new domain [login to view URL] , but also want to use it on another website which needs a total makeover the website right now is based on phpprobid but we want to change it by this script and start all over. You can see the website here:[login to view URL] (so this will be the totally renewed) With the script we also bought some add ons, like facebook connect. We want all stuff showing on the listing view like user avatars and all which is possible for facebook and twitter The design must be stunning web 2, div based and high score on page speed test We talk about smarty framework, means you got to style the inner pages as well to fit the new design keyword for this project will be usability for the users. So if you got ideas to improve that i am really interested Extra options added or modified: - forum integrated in the website as well, matching the design. - HTML mail with logo - at least 3 banners per page Google adsense - Google custom search results in empty search results on website - banner-set to promote the website - social add-ons, -auto tweet and add to facebook on posting an add or auction If this is successful project we want 2 similar project hereafter this for 2 other domains If you have worked with GeoClassifieds before you got advantage above the other bidders
