shameonyou - website against corruption, political apathy

We're starting a non profit organization creating public awareness against corruption through a campaign called - Shame on you & need a website designed for this. This website will be a platform for people to voice their opinion against everything that is wrong in today's society. We are starting this campaign at a local level now but the issues being addressed are global. We are not cash rich & this is a non profit organization working for a social cause...so give us your best consideration as far as price is considered. Also we need the website live by 27th May, maybe not all features but a good homepage with a couple of pages at least to launch the campaign. # The design, navigation should have a global appeal. High visual impact. Very important to retain user interest & bring repeat visits to website. # CMS - Almost the entire website must be manageble from admin - content, banner images, etc., etc. # Users from various social networks can use those details to login on our website. Like login with your gmail account, or facebook account, etc. etc. Ppl get tired creating accounts on every website. Users can have a profile page. # Need a mobile app like - [login to view URL] # We want our users to add content and populate this website & be able to start their own campaigns depending on their location, city, country, issue. This of course would be moderated by us. # We need the craigslist kinda system - city based. This geo database could be populated by users as we proceed. For eg. if you go to [login to view URL], you can choose the country, state or city in which to see the classifieds. So when I log-in, it automatically takes me to [login to view URL] & then I can browse or add my classifieds in the relevant section under Bangalore. We want this kind of feature except that users must also be able to add their country, state or city which is missing or not yet added. # Something like Wikipedia where users add content. We want our users to do the same. # Donate for a cause - If some campaign requires collecting funds, we should be able to activate this feature or have separate section for all such causes. # Links page - Useful links to govt. depts, officials, helplines, NGO's etc which should again be country, state or city based so its easy for users to view localized info as default. # Facebook fan page integration # Content Syndication from popular news websites, etc # Other websites should be able to put our seed link on their website
