PHP SIMPLE WEB SITE (5-6 php pages)

This is a small project to create a website to do advertising while giving the option to the users to send free SMS. This must be programmed in PHP, and must attack a MySql Database to store the logs of all the banners and ad's shown. the users will have to register. there must be also a page to manage the system variables and to do some listings (against the SQL) and a page for the advertisers to upload their banners, their ad texts... The gateway to send SMS is very simple. I'll provide the code to doing it.(just HTTP posts) IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE ATTACHED FILE TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY THE PROJECT. I DON'T WANT ANY KIND OF CMS (JOOMLA, DRUPAL,...) JUST PHP CODING FROM SCRATCH ! Actually the project is simple, most of the requisites are just a few lines of PHP code for a good PHP programmer. there ara a màximum of 5 or 6 PHP pages to be done.
