I want to develop a blogging site much similar like wordpress, but do not want wordpress. It is a simple blogging site with certain custom requirements needed.

SITE SUMMARY & FUNCTIONS :
- Blogging site like wordpress but much simpler with certain customization.
- Can search article + questions & answers of articles
- No comment for blog article, but allow posting of questions on article
- Site admin will decide to remove questions or answer the questions
- Site admin can decide to answer questions secretly (to visitors) or show publicly.
Web Design
- Simple 2 column blogging site like much wordpress sites
- Left 700px (usable textarea/content area) & Right 300px (usable textarea/content area)
- Logo (top left), Links Menu (at right) : Home, About, Articles, Contact
- Middle part is body content, bottom footer
- You may suggest your best design layout
Member/Visitors Login
- Member/Visitors signup & login page
- See personal details/profile
- See own posted questions history
Admin Login Panel
# 1 Master Admin account, 10 normal admin account
* Master Admin set & control normal admin account for login to manage blog site
- To add/edit/remove categories (of blog articles)
- To posting/edit/delisting/delete - blog article
- To update site email, contact details & address (seen in webpage)
- To view signup visitors & profile, can delete or deactivate visitor profile to disallow login
# Admin Dashboard
- To see latest questions posted
- To see new visitors signup within this week, with latest on top
Blog Article Postings & Management
- To add/edit/remove related reading links
- To upload/remove PDF (file for download)
- To add/edit/remove questions/answer
- To answer/remove questions posted by visitors
# Manage PDF file (of particular article) :
--- only 1 PDF file max. allowed to upload
--- upon upload PDF check to verify it is valid PDF file
--- if admin has uploaded PDF file, show button for visitors to download, else show nothing
# Manage Related Reading Links (of particular article) :
--- this reading links will show at the end of particular article, before Q&A
--- admin just need to enter URL address & title
--- can have many reading links for each/particular article
# Manage Questions & Answers (of particular article) :
--- this Q&A will show at the end of particular article
--- admin can pre-enter the questions with answers
--- can have many Q&A per article
--- visitors can enter Question also, but pre-registration needed
--- admin can choose to answer questions, or delete the questions, or ban users if it is spam
--- all Q&A will be recorded in db and form as a part of site search
# Blog Article Information Input :
--- Title
--- Article summary (max 200 characters)
--- Article image (to be auto resize as thumbnail & Jquery slider at home page)
*** each article will have built-in reading stats tracking, for purpose of showing the popularity of articles
# Blog Article content input method :
--- choose text-box type before input
--- 4 types of text-box layout : Full Text, Text (L) + IMG (R), IMG (L) + Text (R), Full IMG
--- 1 blog article will have many text-box
--- each text-box can be 1 or more paragraph, but only 1 image upload (max. allowed)
--- admin choose text-box and input content; next paragraph again choose text-box to input
--- allowed unlimited text-box for 1 article
--- all these text-boxes created must be remembered in db for future editing purpose
--- image uploaded in text-box do not need to auto resize, leave as original uploaded size
