OpenX Customization + mods/plugins

This project it`s about openx script and openx only. If you are not familiar with this script please just DO NOT bid for this project. So ... the idea is that we have the script, OpenX Source it`s an open source platform for serving and managing ads delivery. As you know OpenX source can be used if you are a publisher and you just want to manage/deliver your ads. We want to transform this script in an ad network platform. OpenX Source it`s a great script with a lot of functionalities but it`s not enough if you want to run this as an ad network. So what we need is to make some plugins/mods/functions to transform this script in the platform that we want. This project it`s actually about customizing OpenX source script and creating new plugins/mods so in this way we hope that the final result will be what we need. We do not want a new script from zero so please do not come with this proposal. We are interested to use only OpenX script with those plugins/mods that we need. You can download and analize the script from here: [login to view URL] ... Normally, publishers and advertisers can not register by themselves. Only the admin user can create accounts for advertisers, but we already developed a plugin for doing that so publishers and advertisers are now able to register by themselves without admin intervention. Plugins/mods that we need are: 1. Banner Approval by admin 2. Deactivate(pause/play) campaign option - for admin and advertiser (admin option can override advertiser option) 3. Billing and payment system for publishers and advertisers. Advertiser can set the Budget for the Campaigns, Daily Limit for the Campaign and add funds to his account, when it goes below the minimum level. The Publisher can view the Billing details and request for the Payment. 4. Bidding system. Openx Source has his own system to display ads by campaign weight (and this weight can be set by admin). With this new bidding system plugin we would like to override the default system. 5. Publishers approval by admin at registration + Deactivate/Activate publishers (). 6. Time targeting plugin for advertiser campagins. Banners already have this option but we want time targeting for campaigns too. The time targetting option for banners will override time targeting options for campaigns. 7. Advanced search option for admin (publishers and advertisers) 8. Anti-fraud Click plugin 9. Log in as a user (for admin) 10. Daily, weekly and monthly stats zone for publisher and advertiser. Those stats already exists on the statistics zone but we want to display: today stats, last 7 days stats and last 30 days stats on user account first page. 11. Pop Up/Under ad format + Delivery capping 12. Activate or Deactivate banners in banner property page 13. Duplicate a zone with all linked banners 14. Campaign Level Limitations for banners 15. Revenue sharing Administrator/Publishers 16. Geo targeting - Country and city targeting for advertisers campaign - Those are the most important requests for now. - Do not request milestone before contacting us because we will not accept it until we will talk about all specific details. All bids with milestone will just be ignored. Anyway even after that, milestones will be created only after some parts of the project will be done. ALL THE MILESTONES WILL BE RELEASED AT THE END OF THE PROJECT WHEN EVERYTHING WILL WORK 100% . - Just bid how much you think this project worth. - It`s mandatory to specify exactly how long you will need to finish this project.
