Hello, I need a customized Drupal based Jobs Portal with following facilities: > Features For Job-Seeker: - - Register as Job Seeker - Upload complete profile along with MS-WORD file Resume' upload - Search Jobs and results could be filtered based on Industry, Experience, Location, Functional Area etc. - Job-Seeker could buy premium services like Resume' Writing, Profile Highlighter, Featured Profile, Resume' Blast - For every Job-Seeker Profile, there should be a permanent link Profile Page which would show profile in formatted design > Features For Employer: - - Register as a Consultant OR Company - Every registration should be as a Multi-user account. The first registered user would register as Super User. This Super user can further add more Sub-Users to the same account but with different usernames and email-id - Every user could register for free and the account would be without any subscription services - Upload complete profile along Logo - Search candidates and results could be filtered based on Industry, Experience, Location, Functional Area etc. - Resume Downloads to go into common "Database" which could be accessed by any sub-user (as per permissions by Super User) - Resume Database Management which would allow to upload Resume' of candidates directly by Employer/Consultant. - Employers could buy premium services like Resume' Download Credits, Job Posting Credits (Normal+Highlighted+Featured), Email Credits - Employers would have a permanent link Profile Page which would show profile in formatted design. > Online Test Facility (Drupal Quiz Platform): - - Admin could create any number of tests sets and any number of questions - Multiple choice type questions and answers - The Report of the tests to be saved on Admin Panel which could be downloaded into CSV format > Admin Panel: - - Monitor and moderate every registration - See reports on all registered users and filter with date range, user type, activity, last login etc. - Suspend/Delete any account OR Job Posting - Transfer a Consultant account to Company account or vice-versa - Facility to send email (treated as Transactional Email) to selected user directly via. Admin Panel to inform reason for suspension of account etc. - Ability to administer every activity on the web-site efficiently and have control to make basic changes > Other requirements: - Integration of this platform with Payment Gateway (India) - Transactional mails for every activity to be created and sent through Mandrill - Admin panel to have different Sub-Users to control "Accounts", "User-Registration" etc. Every different user to have different level of access to the admin panel. - Wordpress integration and customize the graphics based on main theme of the web-site. I'm running short on time and need this project completed by end of August 2013. - Freelancers from Delhi/NCR area shall be preferred - I'm ready to pay the total fees as per mutual agreed terms - Only those freelancers may apply who could deliver the complete project in time and are flexible to accommodate 5% - 10% extra work if it would be required for the ultimate completion of the project - I already have a website which works on customized CorePHP and there are live users on the site. I need an expert who could migrate those users from the existing setup to the new website - Web-designing is also required for the complete website. I would provide the content (written/graphical) and the Freelancer would integrate them - Every section of the web-site should be SEO friendly and as per latest requirements by different search engines.
